We send you back a greeting thanking you for your interest in our services, if you filled out a quote request this email will shortly be followed by a project quote and/or proposal. Then we contact you to have a meeting about your project.

You look over the quote, and see if it covers everything you would like done, at a fair price, and okay us to move forward by signing and returning the quote/proposal. We can go over the quote and details about your project.

We begin your project, and keep you posted on progress. Once our work has reached the show and tell point, you tell us what you would like to change, and our design team makes the changes quickly and contacts you.

Through the drafting stage, we work with you to refine our ideas into the project you have been dreaming of. Once the design and setup is ready to go, we can move onto the final step.

Once we all agree the project is complete, the final versions of files are prepared (for print/ web or both). Bills are paid. And both parties walk away happy with helping each other.
